iPhone on iOS 16 and later, plus an Apple Watch app that installs alongside it, and Android on Google Play. There is no web version.

Yes. Start or stop a feed or a sleep from the Apple Watch, or from the interactive home-screen widget on iOS 17 and later without unlocking the phone. A running session also shows as a Live Activity on the lock screen, and there are lock-screen widgets for the current state.

Feeds as breast or bottle, timed live or added afterwards. A breastfeed records which side and in what order, so the app can answer which side comes next. A bottle records an amount in millilitres or ounces, and breast milk or formula. Sleep sorts itself into nap or night from when it happened, with an optional wake-up reminder. Diapers are wet, dirty, or both. Temperature, medicine and pumping can each be switched on per child, for the days and the months they matter, and vaccinations are recorded against your country's calendar.

Recent data stays readable without a connection and a banner shows when you are offline, but a new entry needs a connection to save. It fails immediately with a retry button rather than sitting in a silent queue, so you always know what has actually been recorded.

Yes, and both are off until you turn them on for a child, so they stay out of the way on ordinary days. A temperature records the reading and where you took it: under the arm, in the mouth, in the ear, on the forehead, or rectal, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Medicine records the name, the dose as you write it, and the time.

What it deliberately does not do is any arithmetic on a dose. No mg per kilo, no dose worked out from the child's weight, no next-dose time, and nothing that reads as "you may give another". A minimum-interval field was designed and then cut for exactly that reason: "next at 20:20" is a permission slip however carefully it is worded. The app shows the last dose, which is a fact about the past. Deciding what to give is a conversation with a doctor, not a calculation in a tracker. Both kinds go into the PDF report and the CSV.

Yes. Invite the other parent by email or by a shareable link, and entries appear on the other phone as they are logged. Up to three children, twins included, sit on one account.

Weight and length are plotted on the official WHO growth curves for the child's age and sex, using the WHO LMS method, and the percentile is written out as a plain sentence. Values are stored in kilograms and centimetres and displayed in metric or imperial. The full method, with worked numbers, is on what a growth percentile actually means.

They start from wake windows typical for the age, then adapt to the child's own recent sleep, including how long the last nap ran and how nap-light the day has been. They are estimates rather than a schedule, and they stay inactive for newborns because wake windows are not yet predictable at that age.

A short check-in on your own energy, body, mood, sleep and sense of support, with trends over time and guided breathing exercises. Check-ins are private to the person who wrote them: a co-parent who shares the same child cannot read them.

No. There is no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no App Tracking Transparency prompt and no ad network in the app. Care data is never used for product telemetry: the only thing recorded about usage is which app version, language and timezone an account runs. Yes, and like temperature and medicine it is off until you turn it on for a child. A session records the volume, the sides you used, and where the milk went: into the bank, or straight into the baby. The milk bank keeps the running total and every portion in the fridge or the freezer, oldest first, with how old each one is. A bottle of breast milk can draw from the bank, oldest portion first, and editing or deleting that feed returns the milk. The stash spans every child on the account, so twins share one freezer.

What it will not print is an expiry date, a storage duration or a "safe until". Storage advice differs by country and by appliance, a freezer compartment inside a fridge is not a chest freezer, and a tracker guessing at that would be worse than saying nothing. There is no supply forecast either.

Yes. Pick the calendar for your country, or the WHO schedule, and the doses appear grouped by age with the group your child is in marked as now. Record a dose with its date, and a lot number and a note if you want them. A shot given off calendar goes into a group of its own. Eight national schedules ship with the app alongside the WHO one.

There are no badges, no "overdue", and no notification about a shot. A vaccination calendar is a thing parents are already anxious about, and an app that colours a row red adds pressure without adding information. This is a record of what happened, and the doses given inside the report's range are printed in the PDF for the visit.

There is a PDF summary for a pediatrician visit and a CSV export of the entries. You can delete the account and its data from inside the app, or from the delete account page.

Solids and potty training are not tracked, and there is no community feed and no symptom list. Head circumference is recorded at birth only and is not charted. Temperature, medicine, pumping and vaccinations are all tracked, but nothing is calculated from them: no dose arithmetic, no vaccination reminders, no supply forecast. See how it compares.
