Privacy Policy

Baby Atlas ("we", "us") helps parents track their baby's feeding, diapers, sleep, growth, and development. We take the privacy of your family's data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, or the identifier provided when you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.
• Baby profile: the name, date of birth, and optional photo you add for your baby.
• Tracking data you enter: feeds, diaper changes, sleep, weight, length, and developmental milestones.
• Parent well-being: recovery check-ins you choose to log.
• Family sharing: when you invite a partner or family member, we store the membership so shared data stays in sync across your accounts.
• Support content: bug reports and feature requests you submit in the app.
• Diagnostic data: anonymized crash and error reports to keep the app stable (via Sentry).

How we use your information

We use your data only to provide the app's features: to store and display your baby's records, sync them across the devices in your family, and diagnose crashes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase (Postgres database, authentication, and file storage), and is encrypted in transit. Access is protected by row-level security, so your family's records are reachable by your account and the members you invite. See Support access below.

Sharing

We share your data only with the family members you explicitly invite, and with the infrastructure providers that operate the app on our behalf (Supabase for storage, Sentry for crash reporting). We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Support access

Baby Atlas is built and supported by one person. To look into a problem, we may open your account in a read-only view that shows the app the way you see it. Read-only means nothing in your records can be added, changed, or deleted. We use it for that purpose only, every such access is logged, and you can ask us at hello@baby-atlas.com about your own account.

Your choices and rights

• You can edit or delete individual entries and baby profiles at any time in the app.
• You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app, or request it by email. See Delete your account.
• You can revoke a family member's access from the app.

Children's privacy

Baby Atlas is intended for use by parents and caregivers to track information about their own infants. It is not directed to, or intended for use by, children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
