Delete your account
You can delete your Baby Atlas account and its data yourself, from inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will do it for you.
Delete it in the app
- Open Baby Atlas and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Request it by email
Email us from your account address
Write "Delete my account" and send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can verify the request. We process these within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile name and photo.
- Everything you logged: feeds, sleep, diapers, growth measurements and milestones.
- Your well-being check-ins and breathing history, which are private to you.
- Baby profiles you created, including their photos, unless you share a baby with family members, in which case that baby's records stay with them.
What we keep
Anonymous crash reports that contain no personal information may remain in our error monitoring for a short retention period. Records we are legally required to retain are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Deleting individual data instead
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Any entry can be deleted from the Home or Timeline screens, an individual child can be removed from the Profile screen, and a family member's access can be revoked at any time.
