Contact
Write to us.
One address covers everything: a bug, a question, a feature you want, a privacy request, or a press enquiry. The person who answers is the person who writes the app, so a reply takes a day or two rather than minutes.
From inside the app
The Profile tab has Report a bug and Suggest a feature. Both send the message straight to the same place as the address above, with your app version and platform attached, which saves a round of questions.
What to include in a bug report
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- The phone and the app version, from the bottom of the Profile tab
- The child and the day the entry belongs to, if it is about a record
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Data and account requests
You can delete your account and everything in it from the Profile tab, and Delete your account walks through it. If you have lost access to the app, email from the address the account uses and it will be done for you. Requests to see, correct or export your data go to the same address, and what is stored in the first place is listed in the privacy policy.
Before you write
The questions and answers page covers the ones that come up most: how the next nap is estimated, what a co-parent can see, how percentiles are worked out, what the app costs, and what happens to your records if you stop using it. If the answer is not there, that is worth an email on its own, because it means the page is missing something.
