Baby Atlas vs Napper

Last updated 13 August 2026

Written by the person who makes Baby Atlas, so weigh it accordingly. The two apps are answering different questions, which makes this an easier choice than it looks.

Napper is a sleep app. Baby Atlas is a log.

Napper puts sleep at the centre: naps, routines and the content around them are the whole product. If sleep is the thing keeping your household awake and you want an app that thinks about nothing else, that focus is the reason to pick it.

Baby Atlas treats sleep as one of three things you record all day, alongside feeds and diapers, and puts its effort into how fast that recording is and what the whole day looks like afterwards. Sleep estimates are part of it, not the point of it.
